Update of health services for the disabled

The current supported healthcare systems ie: GP and oral health visits does not include people with disabilities, who may require further assistance after the standard supported age.

This will greatly improve people's lives and their ability to stay healthy.  This will also assist with their standard of living by being able to afford other things.
