1. Write down the actions you would like to see in the new Action Plan, 

2. Show your support for somebody else's idea by voting on it or adding your comment.

3. Link your idea to one or more issues.

 

The 8 key areas in the Disability Strategy are:

1. Education 2. Employment and economic security 3. Health and Wellbeing

 

4. Rights, protection and Justice 5. Accessibility 6. Attitudes

 

7. Attitudes 8. Choice and Control 6. Leadership

 

So far, Government has agreed on:

1. Employment 2. Education 3. Disability Data 4. Accessible Information

 

5. Accessible Housing 6. Seclusion and Restraint

 

Some Actions from the last Plan that have not been completed will be kept in the mix for the new Action Plan.

We can all work to progress the rights and opportunities for disabled people.
